Private Residence Co. wexford

This was another successful granted planning permission in County Wexford. The design was commissioned by another practice and it was a pleasure to design and deliver very quickly. The young clients desired an L-shaped house featuring a partial first floor. Initially drawn to a rural Georgian style, they ultimately embraced a modern take on the Irish rural vernacular. This design accommodates a four-bedroom home, complete with a separate carport and a private garden terrace for the master bedroom.
